Shipping Policy

At Blewbury Yarns, every order is packed with care to make sure your yarn arrives safely and ready for your next project.

Processing Times

Ready to ship orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Please note that business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

During new collection launches, sales, or busy seasonal periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we will keep you informed.

If your order includes both ready to ship items and pre-order or dyed to order products, your entire order will be dispatched once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.

UK Shipping

We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked services.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note: We do not currently ship outside the UK. An updated Shipping Policy will be added once we expand our reach.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • UK: 1 to 3 business days upon dispatch (via Tracked24 or Tracked48, selected at checkout)

These are estimates only and may be affected by weather, or postal delays.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Royal Mail will only consider parcels lost after their official waiting period has passed. Once this time has elapsed, we can begin an investigation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with the carrier’s claims process.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

We cannot be responsible for delays or additional postage costs resulting from an incorrect address being provided.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional postage charges may apply.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and contents. This allows us to investigate with the delivery carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
